My son is almost two and very much the "explorer". I kept him from getting up in every other patients business but it's difficult to keep him in one spot, esp a seat! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and understanding... Without being intimidating which is actually difficult to find. Having 3 children that needed a check-up, I was prepared for a long morning at the clinic. At a previous practice this easily ran 2 hours, most of it waiting. But not today, it was our first visit to PDP and we were called shortly after we arrived, all 3 kids were seen at the same time and we were back to school in under an hour. Everyone is so sweet and really know how to make the kids comfortable I have a 3 yr old and 2 yr old this was their first dental apt ever and they made it a breeze !
Service was awesome!!!! Just what we would hope for in dealing with small toddlers. They exceeded all of our expectations. From the playroom in the lobby to the dr visit, we were enthralled with the personalities of all the staff.
I loved how I felt welcomed as soon as I opened the door. The staff and Dr's are wonderful
