I first discovered PTA at the height of COVID-19. Despite the pandemic, they've still been able to accommodate me not only through in-person meetings but also through online consultations. This allowed me to witness the care and attention the founders give their staff and clients. What I love the most is how open they are to receiving feedback in order to improve their services. I can see that the clinicians are very skilled at building relationships with kids and have undoubtedly earned my trust.
