Just called up there to get some directions and the lady who answered was so rude. Constantly cutting me off with a very nasty tone. I really hope the rest of the staff is nice and more accommodating. I feel like the face of the company and first impressions mean a lot and this was disappointing.
Dr. Kimmel is wonderful! The day we met he made sure my 13 month old was comfortable with him by holding him and allowing them time to get acquainted with one another. He explained what was going on with my son and even drew a picture to make sure I understood. After my son's surgery he took the time to really explain everything that was done and made sure I completely understood. He is very patient and well spoken. I will absolutely return to him for any future needs!
Dr. Kimmel was amazing and so was his nursing staff.
Great office and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kimmel!
