Dr. Rossidis was amazing from start to end made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. This was our sons first surgery and we were very nervous, but in the end everything worked out and we are forever grateful for the care over our son.
After waiting months for a response to our referral, and months for our appointment to arrive, we were given a voicemail the night before that we would have to pay the equivalent of a car payment for our appointment. Even though our insurance has a copay, they stated we would have to pay that amount up front and wait for insurance to refund us after the claim was processed. Was referred to here for my daughter by her Doctor called to set up the appointment and was told it'll take a week to call me back that the Doctors need to see if this is something they can do and is worth there time... very bad first impression on a place that my daughter needs to go to.
