Posting this review on behalf of my wife, She works in healthcare so she knows how it is if she calls With a question on a Friday, the doctors are probably in surgery and won’t get back to her until Monday. She called one of the nurses kind of with a lot of different questions just spiraling a little bit not only did the nurse relay the message to the doctor. Dr.Pennington and staff were amazing. They treated my Daughter so well. I cannot say enough good stuff about them.
Horrible office, Dr. Pennington told us to leave a bullet in a 4 year old until she is 16 and has to wear a bikini. They also made us feel very uncomfortable, unwanted on top of not listening to our concerns. I would never go here or recommend to others.
I’m super pleased with the care they provided for my son. They were very patient with me and helped ease my mind by answering all my questions pre surgery. Dr. Pennington is great and took great care of my child. They followed up the next business day to ask about his recovery and to make sure I knew they were available to answer any questions.
I scheduled an appointment for my son after confirming with the office that they were affiliated with Corewell Health, which affects our billing. After the visit, I was told they are not affiliated. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes and resulted in a bill of approximately $450. I wouldn’t have scheduled the visit if I had known that beforehand.
