My wife & I would award 6 stars if not limited to five!! We've received wonderful care from Dr Pham (and also her husband, Dr Hasell) since the birth of our now seven months old daughter. Dr Pham's invaluable advice, superb treatment & gracious patience with our endless questions have helped us navigate & survive rough periods of distraught parenting while we dealt with colic, GERD, breastfeeding issues & a formula allergy. My son has been dealing with ear infections since he was born over 22 infections, I've been asking and begging for more test and anything that could be done, to them it was normal my only hope was he will grow out of it, I mentioned i had a feeling he was not hearing properly and i was told he was being a toddler with selective hearng. i took the liberty and schedule an appointment with a different doctor and ent to find out my son is loosing his hearing from left ear which is the one that he has more infections. I have been going to this office for over ten years. My boys see Dr. Hassel, and my daughter sees Dr. Pham. I have never encountered a problem with appointments, office visits, or sick calls. They see us as soon as possible. They all are very kind and patient. I never feel rushed with anyone at this office.
