The front desk was very nice, the nurse as well. We saw dr. Latif (not sure if I’m spelling in correctly) she was nice, but useless. She never properly looked at my son, struggled with recalling what exactly correct gross motor skill development was month by month trying to tell me that a 10 months old should not be standing up 👍🏻 without proper testing she prescribed mri under anastesia for a 10 months old and couldn’t explain why we need to do such a test as she had no idea what she wants to see on the mri, she said “it’... read more
I can concur to the other reviews. They are the worse....the person my son saw was rude and has no bed side manners. The building is filthy.... I hate it here!! I called to reschedule my sons appointment I was hung up on, transferred to a number that wasnt even a doctors office. The worst place ever!!
The worrest expreaince I ever had from there doctors they are never cear about patients they just wants there mony no doctor is good at all
My child wasn't actually seen by the doctor but the front office staff - one woman in particular - was very rude and unprofessional. I attempted to ask questions, and she repeatedly cut me off and had a rather dismissive demeanor as if her job was something other than to assist patients. Even when I made her aware of how offputting her demeanor was, she replied, "Yep. I completely understand"...like, huh? Worse experience ever. Did not provide proper orders to hospital and could not be reached during open hours.
