Do not take your kids here…. We were taking our son here and kept bringing up concerns about his head shape. Told initially by BOTH doctors that we had to wait ‘til he was 18months old to get a helmet. Fast forward to the 18 months appointment. The doctor informed me very very rudely that if I wanted him to have a helmet we should of asked earlier…
After a few bad experiences at Good Shepherd I was recommended to Sarah Rickman. I took my baby there and we LOVE Dr. Rickman!! She is always genuinely interested in my daughter. The front desk ladies are very kind and accommodating. The waiting area is spacious and clean. The nurses are friendly and very good and fast at giving any shots. They seem to care about my daughter and me. I would 100% recommend taking your kids here
The staff is very unprofessional, walked in and they were talking badly about other patients and did not stop knowing they had a patient waiting in the lobby . when I walked into the patient room the Dr was rude and short with me. Dr went out of her way to call DHS on a foster parent because their office canceled an appointment and I didn’t call them fast enough to reschedule. It was four days from the day they canceled to the DHS call they made, this was just for a follow up , no sickness ( I was sick and could not call). P... read more
My parents recently had an appointment at pendleton pediatrics and I have never heard of any professional doctor act so demeaning. When you enter into a healthcare facility you expect to see and experience a healthy environment and a friendly person whose job is to help you, and to help your child. This was NOT the case here. My parents have raised me and three other children and done amazingly. Recently they have decided to take on the amazing role of being a foster parent.
