Doctor Gonzalez was nice. The nurses and staff were not very nice, I barely received a smile from any of them. The biggest issue is billing manager doesn’t like to speak with insurance and forces you to handle discrepancies yourself or get sent to collections. I would not recommend this office based on the lack of the terrible service from the billing. I have dealt with a lot of offices and it has been such a headache dealing with this office after my child’s birth.
We brought our son who is on the spectrum and has been traumatized by office visits before due to impatient doctors who require restraining the child, this place is exactly what he needed. Everyone was patient, friendly and professional. The entire staff and Dr. Gonzalez himself had an excellent attitude and was very patient while we relaxed our child enough to be worked on during each step of the process.
