I would give a zero star. They do not pick up the phone. The hang up on you! They don't care about anyone. How many more lazy people can you hire!

I will start with this - this review in no way reflects the doctors, they were incredible in every way. I have two children, both born prematurely, that have been with the practice since birth. Over the duration of my last pregnancy, my son missed two appointments. This was due to me literally being hospitalized to attempt to keep me pregnant longer (I went into preterm labor as early as 24 weeks and my water broke at 30 weeks). We love Dr. Gerbus. We have 3 children that have gone here for 7 years- all since birth. We’ve seen almost all the doctors for sick visits, and have had mostly good experiences with all of them. Sometimes there’s a wait, but it’s worth it to have caring and knowledgeable doctors.
