I have always had a great experience with this office. My son is almost 3 and we have been going to Dr. Stolz since he was born. He always answers all our questions, is patient, and very helpful.
Patients are expected to arrive early, yet we waited 40 minutes to be called and then waited additional time for the doctor. If patients are expected to respect appointment times, the office should make a greater effort to respect patients’ time as well.
Dr. Wilhelm has taken great care of our family since Dr. D.’s passing. We highly recommend her and the Grassfield CHKD practice.
Based on my personal experience with this company, it is my belief that they do not care about single mothers or their children. It seems like they are just interested in taking your money. As you all know, sometimes there is weather you do not take infant children out into. I had an appointment scheduled for today with the Kempsville location, but there was a severe thunderstorm warning as well as a tornado warning in my area. I have twin boys who are not even a year old yet, so this type of weather is not suitable for them... read more
