Great and attentive doctors and staff.
Typical Advocate office. Just about always incorrect or messed up with simple requests. Wrong addresses. Wrong phone calls. Silly that a Dr office is so mistake prone.
Doctor is great. They are pushing the RSV vaccine for kids which is great and all. They neglect to tell you it’s $1500 which is absolutely bonkers. I still would have gotten it. But to not be told and just get billed that amount is insane.
The medical staff is excellent, nurses, PAs, etc. The office is pleasant and the waiting room is large. The administrative headaches working with this practice are increasingly painful. I feel like it’s Advocate making mandates and rules. I was so disturbed by the fact that the receptionist has to “message” someone in the office behind them instead of actually handing the call off or getting an answer.
