Highly unprofessional! I randomly picked this clinic and brought my child here for a filling. She was in pain for a whole week afterward. She barely ate anything for 7 days—She only can eat soft food. At her 7-day follow-up, they claimed she was allergic to the filling material. My child has had fillings before and has absolutely no allergies! I asked Parneet Heer to take an X-ray to see what was going on, but she stubbornly refused, claiming no further treatment was needed. My son is autistic and needed to have a procedure done. My car broke down on my way there. I called to cancel , I was ready to cry because my son had been in pain waiting for this appointment but they wasn’t going to let that happen.. Yenta picked us up and dropped us off. I love this place , friendly staff, great doctor and I love the waiting room , nice furniture and a great area for the kids!!!!!!
Wow I'm very amazed of how friendly and helpful they are. A mother of 2 is really hard to have appointments by myself with my 2 kids. I'm so thankful to change to Pediatric Smiles of Walpole plus is super close to home. Extremely unprofessional. My child had a filling done at this dental office, and afterward she had significant pain whenever she tried to bite down. I specifically asked the dentist to take another X-ray to find out why she was still in pain. She told me it wasn’t necessary and that the treatment was already completed. I then asked, “How long is the pain supposed to last?” Her response was shocking.
