My daughter had Courtney as her Sleep Tech for her sleep study and she was amazing! She even braided my daughter’s hair so that it wouldn’t get tangled in the cords. My daughter said she was super nice and super fun! Going to sleep studies can be stressful, but she put us both at ease. Nathan the other Sleep Study Nurse that was there and we’ve had before is also wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough of them both.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pediatric Sleep Specialists clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. The scheduling process was an absolute nightmare. The schedulers were disorganized and rescheduled my child’s appointment multiple times without clear communication. It felt like they were passing the buck, and I’m still unsure if the issue lies with the schedulers or the provider. The facility was very kid friendly. Kelly the technician was amazing! She was so patient with my son and very knowledgeable. The room was nice with a private bathroom and a nice recliner that folds out flat for the parent. Our care was much better compared to our last study at another facility/group.
I have been seeking to dispute my bill and they refuse to call me back. They are billing people higher than what they should be and then when you seek clarification they just give you the run around and refuse to answer direct questions. It is unfortunate that they seem to be another example of a medical provider who has hidden costs and refuse to be transparent in their operations.
