The facility was very kid friendly. Kelly the technician was amazing! She was so patient with my son and very knowledgeable. The room was nice with a private bathroom and a nice recliner that folds out flat for the parent. Our care was much better compared to our last study at another facility/group.
I have been seeking to dispute my bill and they refuse to call me back. They are billing people higher than what they should be and then when you seek clarification they just give you the run around and refuse to answer direct questions. It is unfortunate that they seem to be another example of a medical provider who has hidden costs and refuse to be transparent in their operations.
