Overall not very impressed , we have had a total of 9 studies here , when we started 3 years ago we had some really wonderful techs, explained everything and good with kiddos. As of recent the techs have been less then impressive, one left for 15 minutes in the middle of hooking up my 2 year old (to get their door dash order), which my 2 year old was already pasted her bed time so it the made the rest of the hook up difficult. Then my older daughters techs the last 2 times just seemed completely uninterested in being there.
I recently went to this sleep study facility, and the experience was honestly awful. The place felt completely inescapable — once you were in, you were stuck. The “parent bed” provided was not even a real bed, but an old, beat-up pullout couch that looked like it had been sitting in a basement for years. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and felt unsanitary. My daughter went in for her sleep study. Her tech was amazing with her. Explained what was going on and why she had all the wires hooked up. My daughter panicked when it was time for bed but the bed was big enough for me to lay next to her till she was asleep and I had a separate bed I could go to after she was asleep, still in the room.
