Carolyn was amazing. She took care of my child as if she were the parent. She walked us through everything she was going to do and explained to us in a way we could understand. She showed Compassion, Competence, Confidence, Communication, and Commitment. I would trust her with my daughter again. My daughter gave her 10 stars.
One of the best hospitals that serve with delicacy and professionalism. Carolyn was the assistant who attended to my daughter with Down syndrome in the sleep study, she was very patient with my daughter, dedicated, attentive at all times and very kind. Without a doubt an excellent person.
Carolyn was the absolute best! She made my daughter feel save and heard 🥹 she talked to her every step of the way making her feel very involved in what was going on her body!
My 4 yo daughter had her first sleep study, and it went much better than I expected! Valerie was very friendly and patient. She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the process and explained each step beforehand and as she went, which really helped ease her nerves. Overall, it was a really positive experience!
