Carolyn was great.
Carolyn did an excellent job. Her bedside manner made me feel comfortable and my daughter feels safe.
Ms. Carolyn was very nice and gentle to my son. I really appreciate her talks throughout the process. My son thought their was a lot of wires but 5/5 stars.
If I had submitted my review the first time we tried to do a sleep study, I would have given zero stars. The tech at that time was not equipped to work with my son and refused to do so, kicking him out without the study within 3 hours. After several phone calls, the management became responsive and worked to offer us a successful study. Jonathan, Laura and Carolyn tended to my son who was struggling with the process due to his significant fear of anything medical.
