Dr. Libecco’s office is impossible to get ahold of (both the Parma and Brunswick office). I’ve spent 30 minutes - hours at a time on hold just to get hung up on every single time. I’ve been trying to reach her to make an appointment and call about my infant son’s concerns for weeks! In person at the Brunswick location, the staff is rude and never wants to deal with anything - eye rolls, attitude and all. Dr. Libecco is nice but how am I supposed to reach her if we can’t make appointments or call about concerns? We are switch... read more
So far we really like Dr. Libecco. We are first time parents and still learning the ropes and she has been more than helpful. Super caring and takes the time to explain things to us.
