No matter how early we show up for an appointment, we are never seen on time. Dr Clemens is always running behind. It is frustrating since we live far now and have to take the LIRR to see him. I’ve known him since my first child was two years old, and she’s now 24. I think it is time to find another pediatrician close to home.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Brozinsky for about 3 years now. I'd say my experience has been somewhat disappointing. Her skills and competencies are great. But I'd always be left with an impression that I'm sort of control freak or try to medically overdose my kid. She'd always put me in awkward situation in front of my daughter to the point where my daughter questions my actions to help her, such as spending less hours on ipad. I've brought my son here since a newborn- always received pleasant and good experience and counseling for my healthy child. I have seen Dr. Brozinsky, Clemens and Smith- no complaints. The office is next to MSQ- VERY hard to find parking. I had an 8:45 appt this morning with Dr Brozinsky- called around 8:40 saying how hard it was to find a parking due to alternate sides etc but had been looking for a while. Dr B and Dr Smith are really great and have taken such good care of my kids. When my youngest was admitted to the hospital last winter in the middle of the night with RSV Dr B saw it in our chart and called me personally the next morning to check on us. Mychart messages and emails to the front desk are always followed up with. However, dealing with the Mt Sinai phone tree is such a HUGE pain I hate it so much. Dr Smith is excellent. The office is well organized and runs on time. They accommodate same-day appointments for sick visits. Dr. Smith always takes her time to explain the developmental stages and what we should do to prevent sickness or injury in our children.
