I cannot say enough nice things about these people. Amazing and welcoming staff. Everyone I spoke to was kind and accommodating. They really went above and beyond. My wait time for the scheduled appt wasn’t long and they always kept me informed about how much longer I would be waiting before the procedure and during. I work in healthcare. They are awsome …But the doctor jokingly asked me for a tip, which made me really uncomfortable.
So beforey visit, I read the reviews and was like somebody has these people posting all this good stuff. But then I got to my visit and it was everything like the previous reviews provided! The staff makes you feel at home..they thoroughly explain and make sure you understand before doing anything. They loved on my little baby so much even with all the work they had to do on her.and on top of everything , they were so quick! They were very helpful and treated my son great, explained everything thoroughly, helped us with gas as we came from a very long ways, and the staff were very nice and sweet and reassured us and updated us frequently. No wait time we were in and out even though we ran into some issues and ended up being a bit late. We felt like all the focus was on our child which was very comforting and appreciated.
