We have been going to this office for about six months. My toddler receives speech and OT services. Krista (SLP) and Sam (OT) are the only two professionals who have taken my concerns seriously and actually helped my daughter. We've been dismissed by the IU and Dev Peds, but this team went above and beyond to help my daughter develop crucial skills. Her progress has been absolutely amazing. Without these ladies, I don't know where we would be. They're absolutely wonderful, compassionate, and extremely knowledgable providers.... read more
This office is predatory towards families who are worried about their child's speech development. Reach out to your insurance company before going to this office. They will collect your signature for patient responsibility and call days later to tell you your insurance doesn't cover their services and put you on the hook for hundreds of dollars for an office visit with an speech evaluation who reads through a print out, looks up other state resources online and prints out information you can probably find on your own.
My son has been going here for Speech, OT, and feeding therapy for close to a year now. Everyone is lovely and great with my son, good experiences and showing real progress with him. He’s excited to see his therapist every week! Only thing is the sessions are a little short but it’s been working and I take home all the advance and things to work on at home! I’d recommend them!
Be sure that the services are needed and get a price quote before you take your child a second time if you don't think they need it. I was skeptical if we needed the services after our first session but figured a second session couldn't hurt. Our child didn't really need a second session and they bundle billed us an obscene amount after we stopped the services. In the past I was always billed per session for PT so I had very little awareness the amount was going to be this sizable. Other than the bill they did fair work.
