Dr Kautz is amazing. She made my kids feel so comfortable. They had fun during their appointment and felt as though they were playing games. Her professionalism, expertise, genuine concern and overall energy are second to none. Thank you Janna!
Called with questions and was far from impressed. The person answering the phone doesn't state the name of the practice or her name. When asked about in person visits I was told no one is doing that at this time. I understood and thanked her for the input and I was then told, "Ya sorry" and the phone call was abruptly ended. I am grateful for this experience to know I that it was not a good fit for customer service therefore I don't believe it would a good fit for making my child comfortable when needing to talk with and wor... read more
