I was seen by Dr. Hawke who was amazing almost 30 yrs ago. I called today to see if they by chance still had my records on file. The woman(I think her name was Sue or Susan) that answered the phone was so snobby and rude to me. Before I could even get out of my mouth that I was checking to see if they had my records on file(we ARE in a digital age), she was cutting me off and saying we don't have them on file.
