The LPCs were nice and thorough! I feel like they worked with the best interest to help us. However, the communication is terrible! As a client/patient's parent, it is very hard to do the things through Ms. Reagan. We would have to follow up on everything, because she did not contact us for anything. For instance, the original referral was sent to the office, but I never got a call, so I had to do the first move. I give this place 1 star cause the receptionist Raegan sucks at her job. David the psychiatrist is amazing and worked well with my son, but the simple fact his receptionist cannot do her job ruins everything. If I could have gone to another place I would have. I was told by David it takes 2 weeks to get results back as long as I do everything when needed on my end. So I did everything I needed to do and all I had to do now was wait for results back. 3 weeks passed I figured they were busy so I gave them time but I called to ... read more
Reagan and David were absolutely wonderful! Everything was explained clearly and completed in an efficient and timely manner.
They were so nice and treated my son who is very young so well. They really showed that they care and want to help him succeed. I went through so much trying to find a place to evaluate him and I am so glad that I found such a wonderful place.
