Great experience. Super good with my 3 little children. Staff was welcoming. Good place for those with alternative poke schedules.
The staff needs some training. I have been with them for years now. I asked for a name change on shot records and they crossed out the old name, added the legal name, and put in parenthesis my child was adopted. Why not just redo the records as I requested and was told was completed. Laziness. I could have done this on my copies, and saved an hour of driving. You have to go in for any changes and even the easiest. Most times I can't understand the person answering the phone. I could not get them to resolve my boys medication... read more
