Closed on 3/31/24... Only pediatrician my kids have ever known... This practice will be missed.
We've been with this practice for 9 years, but my second child who has specialists, and this office has not been able to follow her needs. The office and all its technology is dated. Dr. Mahon is good, but Dr. Nelson is not a pleasant adult with kids. she hyperfixates on diet and avoiding dairy products after a conference she attended two years ago. Office is extremely outdated. Doctors care only about making money rather then health and well-being of child.
Parents beware!!! The staff is extremely hard to deal with and in my opinion very unprofessional. When you walk into the office it looks as if they have not updated anything since the early 90's. Extremely disappointed with the patient care and this team's lack of support with my 5 month olds needs. This practice only cared about collecting a co-pay and billing my insurance instead of concentrating on the changing needs and care an infant needs. My kids LOVE Dr. Mahon he is fantastic with them, very calm and attentive. Never causes any need to be over dramatic or cause panic when they aren't feeling well, which I appreciate. He is a great pediatrician!
