Nice office I brought both my kids to this pediatric office because it was the nicest one I could find in this area. The office we went to is right outside of the town of Honesdale. They have a separate waiting room for sick and well children. They also have several doctors to choose from and the ones I met were all very helpful and gave good advice. Nice doctors I went here as a child and I will also bring my son here soon. The waiting area has a room for both sick and well children, and there are tv's in both areas. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment. They are on-call 24 hours in case of an emergency. The doctors are knowledgable and thorough. I recently sat down with a doctor to discuss my baby's future care. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility as well. Good Dr.s This is where I bring my daughter. They are very friendly, clean, knowledgeable and work with you as far as appointment making is concerned. You have the opportunity to choose which pediatrician you want, no matter how you are paying! Also if you have an issue in the middle of the night, there's no need to run to the emergency room, someone is always on call and if your child is a patient you'll have the 800 # to get through. Good physicians We have been bringing my son to this doctor since he was born and we are generally satisfied with their practice. The wait is usually not very long and they have a separate waiting area for sick and well patients. The doctors are pretty friendly and knowledgable. We see one of the only male doctors at the practice and he is really good at giving advice that works for various problems. He is patient and good at listening and explaining solutions. Heaven Sent I have three children that love to acquire skin rashes, virus's, eye/ear infections etc. We are in the office at least once a week if not more. The staff is great, always smiling. They even ask if I changed my hair. The Doctors are wonderful, they tolerate ALL of my many questions and concerns!! They really put my mind at ease and cure my kids. Thank you so much for your care!!! PROS: Always available when my kids need them...Day or night!! CONS: N/A

Love Dr. Betz Both of my children (ages 3 and 4) have been going to Dr. Betz now for 3 years. I am very happy with her bedside manner and her professionalism. The office on the other hand has gone through some horrific staff (secretarial and physician assistants) but they are starting to get their act together. Dr. Morton is very old fashion but nice and good with the kids. PROS: Dr. Betz is the best! CONS: Office staff needs to get organized.
