lost 4 patients yesterday due to the negligence and disrespectful behavior of their staff in the clinic in alamo I was there at 8:54am they didn't test my kids for covid until 11:00am and when I asked what was the reason the nurse rudely said" because we had a patient come in at 11 with only one patient and complain so we had to help her first" then again I asked her how long till I see the doctor to where she yelled back " I already called the doc" and got on her cellphone. Mi hermana fue por tos y hinchazon y la sra que estaba ally segun es doctora dijo que no estaba hinchada que solo era una alergia. Y la toz y la hinchazon era por el corazon. Se dieron cuenta cuando mis padres la llevaron al hospital. Lamentablemente mi hermana falleció.

Dr. SANTIAGO is rated A+, in my book. He is very thoughtful, great bed side manners, which is very difficult to find now, professional too. The staff is very efficient and kind. As for the wait time it's average, when I go to see the Dr or anyone in my family does I expect to be heard. Im talking about my health. You know you are not ordering a meal at a drive thru window, you are seeing a Dr for someone you care for. And they do help you as quickly and efficiently as they can.
