While the doctor at this office is skilled and successfully treated my child, the overall experience with the office staff has been nothing short of a nightmare. The administrative team shows no empathy and consistently fails to communicate important information. For example, they forgot to inform us that our follow-up appointment wasn’t scheduled at the Plano location, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. Helpful staff and successful procedure for our little one.
While I do not know if this business is good as a whole, I will say that I was less than impressed with Dr. Ha and his receptionist. From the minute we walked in through the process of meeting with the Dr. it was apparent that he wanted us to know that my daughter's medical issue was beneath him. We were referred through our general pediatrician and not knowing the process, I of course had questions. Dr. Ha and his team have always been nothing but the best. He’s always explain things to us thoroughly about what kind of procedure he would do for my child. I would take my child here over and over. We live out of state and they have always worked with us on our weekly appointments.
