I’ve been going to this place since my baby was born in September 2023. And I’ve never had any problems. Everyone is nice to us and caring for my babies needs and they all want him to get better and heal. Dr Cheryl is awesome. I see them all with other kids too and they all get treated well. I don’t see why someone should have anything negative to say about them. Mrs. Jessica is usually his normal stretcher and she is the absolute best. We love Cheryl and all her girls. Lia is so wonderful with my daughter, she's our absolute favorite. This is the best & cleanest PT facility in town. We highly recommend it.
Incredibly rude staff
The lady at the front desk with the short salt and pepper hair is and was extremely rude for no reason. I walk into the door with no greeting whatsoever, so she’s just sitting there staring no how can I help nothing. I ask to schedule an appointment because we’ve been referred by our pediatrician and she’s just on one rude with every response, so I asked to speak to a supervisor she says she is the supervisor I asked to speak to someone over her she said there’s nobody over her.
