This practice is terrible!! The staff is rude and the wait times are out of this world. I took my son for an ear infection and it took us over 2 hours to get the appointment done with. Most of the time they stuck us in an exam room with no toys or books. Then I had to call them back three times to actually get the prescription to the pharmacy. I will not go back here and would not recommend them to anyone.
I had to transfer my son care to Pedi Partners from a private doctor and let me tell you the care that we receive from this clinic is awesome! They even help diagnosis my sons allergies and point me in the right direction to go about with his allergies, unlike our doctor before who would just brush his allergies as not a big deal! My son who is three now no longer has a 24 hour runny nose or infections due to the right treatment with this place. My three month now goes here as well and we love it. Pediatric Partners Physicians and the staff of office are always there when I need them. Theay are a very busy clinic however, they make every effort to get my children in when they need to be seen. The Physicians always go above and beyond with my children and answer any and all questions I have. We are very satisfied with the level of care and service we receive from Pediatric Partners.
