We've been using this office for almost 20 years now, when it was Lawrenceville Pediatrics. Since this new company took over, their customer service has been horrible. It's like it's all about the money now and they don't care about their patients. It's a shame.
I’ve seen a few providers at this office and for the most part is pretty good but why would you have an after hrs clinic with a provider who doesn’t accept the insurances and not notify via website so kids are not being brought there and being turned away for emergencies because the only provider in the clinic doesn’t take all insurance . It is unacceptable that we were given an appointment for 3:20 PM, and yet here we still are at 4:17 PM—inside the exam room—and the doctor hasn't even shown up to see my daughter. Zero stars.
I really tried to give Gwinnett Pediatrics a chance because we loved them when they were Loganville Pediatrics. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond frustrating. We waited in the room for 1 hour and 15 minutes, while it felt like social hour was going on out in the hallway. Then, after all that waiting, we were moved to another room in a completely different hallway. It honestly felt like we had been forgotten.
