Worst customer care desk: no one picks up call . It’s min 10 times i called in 3 days
It’s extremely hard to get ahold of Dr. Roger’s at this office. My daughter needed a referral after an abnormal ultrasound. I had to message Dr. Rogers asking if the ultrasound was indeed abnormal. It took 2 days for her nurse to respond saying it was not normal and she needed a referral for a pediatric gynecologist. It took a week to get her to send the referral and it was for a general gynecologist not a pediatric one. Another week went by and she sent the correct referral. This has got to the worst pediatric doctors office. Ever since the switch/merger with Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett, things have been terrible and steadily gone even more downhill. You can’t get anyone on the phone EVER and the staff are so rude and impersonal. Currently, I’m trying to request a simple immunization record for my child that has gone to this office since he was born and is now 6. Doctor is great and nurse is very good. But their best asset greets you when you come in. Aliya is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a problem solver. Her fixing a problem for me made my day.
HATE IT. Definitely will be finding my son another pediatric office. I’ve been calling for weeks and never getting anyone on the phone or never even receiving a call back. When I did finally receive a call back, it was from someone in a different state who didn’t even know what I needed.The communication and the ability to reach anyone at the establishment is a 0 out of 10.
