Yuri was absolutely wonderful during our visit to Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett in Lilburn this morning. Sick visits with an 8-year-old can sometimes feel stressful, but she immediately put both my son and me at ease. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive — speaking directly to my son in a way that made him feel heard and comfortable, while also clearly explaining everything to me. Overall the facility is old, but all the nurses and all doctors provide amazing care. Not much waiting time!
We have been going to this office for many years by far we had the worse service ever. Tamy is very rude. I was told she is the MAs manager. We are changing pediatrician offices.
