lilburn - been going here since my son was born and it’s always been a hassle to get anyone on the phone whether it’s for scheduling an appointment or asking general questions about forms, but when you go in the office everyone is just sitting around and doesn’t appear to be too busy to answer phones - i’m growing severely impatient. The patient portal also never works, so there’s that!

Since the new management took over, we’ve been receiving worst services from the front desk to the doctor herself. The doctor is incredibly dismissive and rude. It’s surprising that she doesn’t even have any patients, which was the reason we chose this facility. She’s willing to write a prescription without truly understanding the patient’s needs. Scheduling an appointment and getting a call back from the nurses takes at least multiple calls, and if you’re lucky, you might get a call back in a week. I’m not sure who took ove... read more

I feel like repairs should be attended to. There's a bit of the baseboard that came off in one of the rooms which I feel is a hazard. We go here a lot and all the ladies are super nice, very much fawns over my baby lol. Some have came to visit in the room where he gets weighed and measured when they heard that he was there. The office staff is about as close to useless as you can get. We've been trying for a week + to call them regarding a medication our child cannot miss, and needs a refill of. If we were lucky enough to actually get someone to answer, all they'd say us they would let the Dr know. No call backs, no updates. Just day after day of us playing phone tag between the pharmacy and the pediatrics office.
