Worst office staff ever! The nurses are unsanitary and the office manager is a first class ---hole. He literally accused my life of lying about one of his awful nurses. The nurse is the one with the reason to lie about the situation. We will never step foot in that horrible office again.
I have to agree with both previous post. Dr. Barrientos is the best doctor in this practice, however the office staff is extremely rude.
Dr. Barrientos is a great Pediatrician and they are hard to find! She takes every problem seriously and listens to the parents closely and to their concerns. I can only recommend this practice and also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful to the patients and their families. The doctors of this practice should invest in some customer service training for their desk staff. Just another example of a big fancy doctors office filled with desk staff that are unhappy with their lives and take their medicore position of power out on families of sick children.
I am extremely disappointed with Pediatric Partners. The staffs lack of communication between the two locations, inability to perform their jobs in an effective manner, the lack of concern for any time sensitive matter for the patient, and the attitiude of a nurse called Eve has forced me to find another pediatrician for my children.
Dr. Barrientos is the best pediatrician in Augusta. My son was born at 25 weeks. When he first came to the office, she was really nervous because he was so tiny. But now, he is 19 months old and loves his doctor. She has taken great care of him!
Dr. Tannenbaum has to be one of the best, as well as most educated doctors out there. He was my doctor as a baby, and was my oldest daughters doctor. All and all, he is short and to the point but has never let me down as far as diagnosing a problem with my child once it arises.
