Really wanted to love this clinic and I did until I had to wait and am currently waiting more then 24 hours for a stat x ray on my child’s x ray results. I assume that no news is good news but a simple, note to reassure an anxious mom would be very helpful.
The doctors are good. All the staff. The only issue or what I really dislike was the way the lady at the front desk act when I ask her for an specific day, she rolled her eyes at me and made a weird gesture with her mouth, which is not very nice. And this is not the first time that she's like that.
All 5 of my children went here their whole childhood they are great no problems at all
While the doctors and staff at this children’s primary care office are friendly and professional, the experience overall is extremely frustrating. Be prepared to spend several hours here even if you have a scheduled appointment. Appointments are incredibly hard to get, and when you finally do manage to secure one, the wait time is still excessive.
