My daughter and I have been coming to this location a handful of times to see Dr. Chen and we have been pleased with all the staff during every one of our visits. You get the best of both worlds with Dr. Chen not only being a lactation consultant, but also an amazing pediatrician! She is so kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and most of all attentive. You can tell she takes her time with her patients and is always willing to answer my questions too!
Really wanted to love this clinic and I did until I had to wait and am currently waiting more then 24 hours for a stat x ray on my child’s x ray results. I assume that no news is good news but a simple, note to reassure an anxious mom would be very helpful.
The doctors are good. All the staff. The only issue or what I really dislike was the way the lady at the front desk act when I ask her for an specific day, she rolled her eyes at me and made a weird gesture with her mouth, which is not very nice. And this is not the first time that she's like that.
All 5 of my children went here their whole childhood they are great no problems at all
