Two of my three children see this dr. She is very attentive and patient. My ten month old got chicken pox and croup atvthe same time.Heshe did everything she could as a dr to make sure me and my child were comfortable. The doctor herself even called us after hours to check on my daughter.
This place used to be great. Staff was always cheerful, courteous, and attentive. Not until my son needed to be seen again, when I noticed how much things have changed. One staff has been very rude and is lacking of empathy. She is in the wrong field and she shouldn't be answering phones nor be in the front desk. If I am not mistaken, her name is Liam (or something like that). She has no customer service at all. This office does not answer their phones. NEVER ANSWER CALLS OR GET BACK TO YOU I TOOK A SHEET TO FILL OUT ALMOST A MONTH LATER I WALKED IN TO PICK UP BECUSE THEY WOULD OF NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS READY
