The doctor was very rude to my daughter who was sick. The wait time was just as bad as going to the CHKD emergency room. I asked the doctor a question and she either ignored me or did t hear me. We will not come back here
Took my son on Sunday. Fever sore throat. Was sent home with a popsicle and a bill for $80.00. Took him to the Sentara doctor this morning, they tested for strep and sure enough he had it. I would not recommend CHKD Urgent Care. I won't be going back.
