Honestly! Poor Customer Service! Some front desk staff at this office...just plain unprofessional. Great hours and great doctors. The front desk staff is the only problem. One receptionist in particular needs customer service training. Need to have a more welcoming and friendly attitude to all visitors in all situations!
Great Pediatric Group Dr. Breneman came highly recommended to us when we moved to Raleigh. At the time he was with another pediatric group and we went with him when he opened Pediatric Partners. He, the nurse practioner, nurses, and office staff all know our whole family; you are not a number here. When I had a night time emergency I had Dr. B's cell phone number too. Dr. B is great Pediatric Partners has a great staff. The nurses are very friendly and engaging with the patients. They even make shots fun. We never have a long wait and they are flexible and open on weekends. Our kids are very comfortable there and love to go back. Only it's always better when they are NOT sick.
