Waited 1 month a half for a primary care visit for our baby. We switched over from another insurance so was completely lost. Had appointment with NP Jenny Stern, came and was late because we couldn’t find her on the directory… when we went into the office they said we were too late and had to reschedule and wait another 3 weeks…
I love Dr Brain Winter's, he is the best pediatrician so we got really lucky to pick him randomly out of all the doctors he's the best and so is his staff!
Not vaccine friendly. I wouldn’t recommend seeing the NP J Sterns. Despite the reviews and being new to the area we gave this office a try for a 2 month check up. Front office and nurse were respectful and we were seen quickly. Our personal experience with NP Jenny Sterns was pretty poor. She came off positive but was negative about our choice to pick which vaccines to give our child. It felt like I was being pushed for 6 vaccines.
