Showed up for my son's 8:30 am appt, only to be told his appt was not until 11:00am. I said I didn't believe that was correct, as I confirmed my appt via telephone and also had the appt card that we were given at the initial appointment. I pulled out the card and handed it to her, she looked at it and proceeded to tell me that " It didn't matter, they would fit us in, but as we can see it may be an extended wait because it is busy." this is our second experience with pediatric Orthopedics and I have to say the staff is very friendly, efficient and very professional not to mention awesomely kid-friendly!
