Please note you are just a number here. I had an appointment for my son at the Riverview location (we live in Sarasota). They cancelled on me 2 days before saying the doctor is not available on that day. I asked if we would be prioritized for another appointment at that location (time is important since my son needs inserts). They told me they would not and offered me a new appointment 3 weeks later in Tampa! I took it out of desperation. Avoid at all costs, practice is an absolute joke. 2 years ago Dr Diegnan completey missed a spiral fractured femur while examining my son after an unwitnessed fall. He and his team never imaged both legs per our request, casted the wrong leg, and sent our 2 year old home with an unstablized fracture. Only after a night of excruciating pain did we go back to the ER, insist it was imaged again and the fracture was discovered. My daughter dislocated her elbow in cheer and she was rushed to cast it and taken off in 4 weeks. The doctor (Brian J. Deignan, MD) only viewed the xrays never checked physically how she was doing when the cast was removed or checked to see if she would move it. The doctor also cleared her to go back to her sport and tumble. 2 weeks have gone by and she still won’t move her arm. We had an appt at 230pm, we arrived at 240pm. The waiting room was packed. We waited over 30 minutes to get called in and then waited and waited for the doctor. After 1hr and 30 minutes we decided to leave. I am not blaming the doctor, this is management’s fault for over booking the doctor’s schedule. Unfortunately, it’s all about quantity and not quality these days. I don’t think we will be back.
