Every time we go we wait for well over an hour to be seen for 2 seconds. This place is ridiculously overbooked and the doctor will only speak to you for a couple minutes. We will find a new place to come to be seen. Patient’s time should be respected, especially since patients are asked to respect the time of doctors.
I was not informed until I arrived from out of town that my fee would be between $300-500 to even see the doctor. Waste of time.

My son and I had a very good experience here with his broken arm. I was nervous after reading the bad reviews. The staff that you meet in the lobby is alright but the staff once you get to the waiting room is great. The X-ray lady is sweet and the doctor (Dr Koeck) is helped by staff with a great attitude. Thank you!!
I was greatful when I finally got the office staff to answer my call. Unfortunately, it was after much going back and fourth letting them know my son may need surgery.Theygiving me excuses until I said I would go somewhere else. I agree, no bedside manner. Had no sympathy for my son who had broken both bone in his arm. Then they make a follow up at 11 am it is 1130 and we are still waiting....
Absolute worst Dr ever. Horrible bedside manner, cannot explain anything clearly he’s all over the place. Thank god I got a second opinion before I ever let this man cut into my daughter. Thank god I did. Run as far as you can from this office. I drive to another city for actual professionals and skilled surgeons.
This doctor is the absolute worst doctor I have ever dealt with. My 9 month old daughter had an ankle fracture and our pediatrician sent us to him to get a cast. Horrible beside manner and maybe said 2 words total to my husband and I. Then as soon as he was done putting on her cast, he walked out without saying a single word. He is so unprofessional and It blows my mind that he deals with children. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Cannot wait to be done with him so we never have to go back! The entire staff has been nothing but friendly & helpful. Dr. Koeck is amazing with my daughter. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed orthopedic help.
