Very happy with my experience with them across locations. Everyone is extremely patient and nice they took great care of my son when he broke a bone. And the follow up care has been outstanding.
The office staff at this location is awful. Do not do what the doctor says they will do for the patient. Everything falls on the patient to handle. Dr. Was amazing. Office staff definitely fails. Do not fax things when they say they did, do not schedule appointments when they state they will. Definitely a blemish to the UPMC name. As a proud of other offices in the UPMC network, it’s very disheartening to see the way this office has handled my daughters care after one visit.
