I am giving this review because I have had a bad experience with this company for the past 4 months. I drove over 2 hours to see a doctor for a surgery consult for my son who wasnt even going to perform the surgery on him. That doctor was an hour late and then when seen, said I am not performing the surgery so I cannoy see him. 2 months go by to make an appointent with the surgeon. 2.5 rating ! First time I came there was a great experience to the nurses and the doctors very quick Friendly and was ready to assist fairly quickly allowing my husband and I to be present. We had to drive back again which is 2 hours away from home !! Me being 35 weeks pregnant needing help with our daughter they made my husband stay in the car , the check in lady this time around was VERY RUDE , HAD A SMART MOUTH , wasn’t polite was showing she was prejudice without even her having to say it. Our first worst experience.
Everything was wonderful from booking the appointment to check out. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the office was on time, quick, and efficient.
My granddaughter was taken here for a fractured arm. They overcharged my daughter almost $200. This was last year. They still have not received their money back.
