Staff was very busy, so we were lucky to get an appointment, but they treated throughout as if it was a privilege to be there... didn't feel heard as a parent of the child patient. Office is downstairs. On-site receipts for copays are barebones; awaiting a more detailed receipt for HSA reimbursement through the mail.
Very professional and thorough. Dr. Mori is great!
The office staff were so kind to get us an appointment quickly when we needed. The doctor is also very patient and helpful.
