For a pediatric office, all the staff members except for the actual Dr are very unwelcoming. Their waiting lobby isn't child friendly at all. The front desk/appointment/cashier are some of the coldest employees. They act like they are working at USPS. The technicians who help with screening prior to Dr B, lack patience. I do not recommend this practice at all. I recommend Dr Chin with Thrive Eye off of Walnut Hill, same day appts, he has the best team too. From techs to front desk employees. My son is a recent patient and so far everyone has been thorough, quick and accommodating. Excellent practice for pediatrics.
