We arrived 15 minutes early for my son’s appointment, as instructed, but waited over an hour and 15 minutes before being called. The actual appointment took only 30 minutes. They clearly don’t respect patients’ time. Yet if you’re just 20 minutes late, they cancel your appointment such a double standard. Very disappointing experience.
Referred for an MRI for my 2 year old. Was called in the middle of the day with results this week and asked to return the call. It has been two days and several messages later and still haven’t spoke to the physician. I was assured that the doctor would call me back today, but that didn’t happen. Really terrible and unprofessional way to treat nervous parents and scared children. Terrible experience so far.
Intolerant of scared children who are upset with whats going on. Rude staff. Impossible to get through to anyone who works there.

I highly recommend Dr. Lorig Sildiryan for eye check-up. She is not only friendly and professional but also attentive to parents' concerns. Dr. Sildiryan took the time to listen to my worries and provided thorough explanations throughout the appointment. She made the entire experience smooth and comforting for both my son and me
