Doctor is good, receptionist is a just too rude...
One of the smallest, oldest, and poorly taken care of offices I have ever been in. The Dr was nice. The check in lady is also the “nurse” but she was kind. The wait is long because the Dr has no other staff helping her. It was an eerie experience since everything is old and falling apart and it’s the last door at the end of a long hallway
This place was great! They are very caring and all staff that we encountered had great "bedside manner." All of these past reviews are legitimately invalid at this point and time. I was skeptical and nervous to book my child here due to those reviews, but my 3 year old actually enjoyed the eye doctor - minus the dilation (what kid likes eyedrops?) but they were pros and handled that very quickly. They have books and 2 play areas for the kids and mine even wanted to stay a few minutes after to play! Highly recommend this prac... read more
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chen and her staff - especially Ellen. We had an emergency situation with our daughter and the team went above and beyond for us. They worked us in immediately (we had to wait, but they were very upfront about this) and also fought on our behalf when insurance initially denied our claim. Dr. Chen was great with our daughter and kept her calm throughout the office visits and surgery. Thank you all for your help!
