My child sees Dr Golden and he is amazing! We've been there 5xs now and he always takes his time and asks what questions I have and explains things very thoroughly. We have been going to Westerville and the nurses there are nice too. The receptionists there are NOT friendly at all, and the worst is the lady who works in the optical dept at Westerville. My son’s doctor was phenomenal — kind, patient, thorough, and overall a great experience medically. Unfortunately, the experience with the reception staff afterward was incredibly frustrating. After the appointment, I went to the receptionist to ask about updating my son’s prescription lenses in frames we had already purchased through their optical shop previously. Dr Shreya Prabhu is seriously wonderful! We were really nervous about starting eye appointments with my son when concerns came up and she's been so encouraging and informative. I will definitely recommend her to friends!
