Been visiting Dr Mayumi Mori for past 9 years & she has been always wonderful.
called & asked about taking my 4 year old - was told the medicaid roster is full. Didn’t know they restrict who can get care WITH health insurance. Politely asked if she can refer to anyone/what they typixally do when they are full & literally got hung up on. Called back 3x and they picked up & hung up again. OK not to accept it, not OK to treat anyone like that, ever. Thanks.
Dr. Mori is extremely thorough, kind, and professional! She takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and never makes you feel rushed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a children’s eye doctor.
Dr. Laura is an excellent and highly skilled doctor. She communicates wonderfully with children, and her team is always helpful, kind, and understanding. My daughters really love the Advocare Fair Lawn team.
