We recently visited Dr. Ranka for our child’s eye exam and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Ranka was patient, professional, and very friendly with children, making my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was helpful, and the examination was thorough. Dr. Ranka took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ranka to anyone looking for an excellent pediatric eye doctor.
If I could rate with 0 stars I would, horrible experience. I took my children to their appointment for an eye exam, while waiting in the exam room a health assistant named Rosie entered the room. Rosie swung the door open carelessly and hit my 18mth old child in the head. My children and I was extremely upset but also understood it was an accident, I asked for a supervisor.
