DON’T go to see the doctor here. I received a bill but not being notified me in advance. I called the billing department. They said it is because your insurance is not cover the procedure and your signed the payment agreement. As a customer, I don’t know the cost of the procedure in advance, they can charge whatever they wanted if the insurance doesn’t cover the procedure. I WILL NOT GO BACK!
